I.  Pipe testing machine Application Scope

0-300 MPa hydraulic pressure testing, capable of meeting pressure resistance, static pressure, and burst tests for pipes, valves, gas cylinders, and other products.

II.Pipe testing machine Equipment Features

III. Pipe testing machine Technical Parameters

1. Drive air pressure range: 0.1-0.8 MPa; output pressure is proportional to drive air pressure.

2. Maximum air consumption: 0.6 Nm³/min

3. Pressure test range: 0-300 MPa. The pressure can be selected based on actual customer needs. 

4. Working media: Water, hydraulic oil, emulsion, etc.

5. A portable automatic recorder can be optionally configured according to customer needs.

Pipe testing machine operation process

(1) When the pressure gauge fails, it is strictly forbidden to use the pipe hydraulic testing machine.

(2) Before working, the oil and water stains on the anvil surface must be wiped dry to avoid splashing and injuring people during work.

(3) Before starting, carefully check all parts of the hydraulic press; such as whether the connection of each fastening bolt and nut is firm; whether the column, working cylinder plunger and return cylinder plunger have grinding scratches and nodules; whether the position of the movable crossbeam downward limiter installed on the column is correct and whether the limit surface is at the same horizontal height; whether the fixing wedges of the upper and lower anvils are tight; whether the operating handles are light, flexible and correctly positioned, etc. If any problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced immediately.

(4) The oil level in the oil tank should be above the oil mark; all parts that are manually lubricated, such as the column and plunger, should be evenly sprayed with lubricant before work; and attention should also be paid to adding lubricant to the hinges, bushings, rockers, etc. in the operating mechanism. 

(5) It is strictly forbidden to perform eccentric forging beyond the permitted range of the equipment. When cutting shoulders or chopping materials, it is forbidden to do so on the edge of the anvil. The chopping knife should be placed vertically on the blank. If a square pad is added to the chopping knife, the square pad must be in full contact with the back of the chopping knife. It is forbidden to use wedge-shaped pads to prevent them from flying out and injuring people during forging. When punching holes, be particularly careful when applying pressure and punching out the core material. It is forbidden to use the upper and lower anvils to press the forging and then use a crane to pull out the punch. 

(6) When using a crane to cooperate with forging work, the blank should be kept horizontal on the anvil surface; there should be no impact when the upper anvil falls on the forging blank. 

(7) All valves must not be leaking. After the safety valve is adjusted, it is best to seal it with lead. 

(8) The low-pressure water in the water tank should be replaced every six months. 

(9) When the hydraulic press stops working for a long time, the water in the water tank and all pipe systems should be drained. 

(10) The temperature in the workshop should not be lower than 5

(11) After the work is completed, the operating handle of the dispenser should be moved to the stop position, the site should be cleaned, and the shift handover should be done well.
